Is the show of hospitality better performed that on any day but Sunday? We think not. Family, friends and fine food and, every other weekend, live music. And there’s also something magical in having someone else (usually Giles) do the washing up.

If you’re bringing the youngsters, our usual children’s menus apply on Sunday as on any other day, or they’re welcome to have more bijou-looking versions of the full Sunday lunch.
