Supper. The heartbeat of our days. The time that gets the creative juices of our kitchen going.
Our menu is not long. Rarely more than half a dozen or so starters or main courses. All driven by what our suppliers bring to our back door. Fish from day boats, greenery from small growers. Plenty for non-fish or non-meat eaters.
We change the menu a little from day to day through each season. If you’re staying for more than a couple of days and have a particular fish or seafood that you’d enjoy, please do let us know.

Supper Menu
A sample of the sort of Supper you can expect at this time of year in Mousehole is below. Expect something slightly different on the day, probably. We price our supper menu on an à la carte basis. We like the flexibility of this model. It means you can treat the menu how you’d like.
Our Sleepers staying on Dinner, B&B rates have unrestricted access to to this menu with their rate. Our “Edge-takers” (pre-dinner nibbles) are covered, too. But not side dishes (currently: chips, rosemary salt; chargrilled hispi, miso butter; smoked pink furs, salsa verde; and watermelon, tomato, sesame, soy dressing), drinks or service charge.
You’ll notice short codes next to some items, indicating how these dishes are suited to some dietary preferences. We signal plant-based dishes with a pb (or a pbo if we can adapt it). And we flag any dishes that are made without gluten or dairy with gf or df, or can be made that way with gfo or dfo. There may well be vegetarian dishes on there too.
And of course if you have any dietary requirements that we should know about please do tell us when you book and we’ll check anyway when you sit to eat. It’s just that important.
